Когато наближи 27-ми март, международният ден на театъра, която и медия да отвориш, всички приказват за нашия празник. Цял ден. И това е празник, нали? За нас, работещите в театъра. Но става малко като 8-ми март. Цветя, прически, пожелания, награди... Един ден в годината. И от утре пак - няма пари, мизерни заплати, субсидия на продадено билетче, как да вкараш зрителя в салона, без да изневериш на изкуството...Седим с Касиел в моя кабинет и чепкаме проблемите на театъра. На щат ли, извън щат ли? Къде изтича енергията? Как да защитиш призванието си? Как да го развиваш? Докога ще стигнат силите ти?...
